The smoked garlic is just that. Otway Fields do their own smoking then dry it and make salt.
The natural garlic salt is made from the pure virginal garlic. The only thing Otway Fields do to it is dry it and pound it into salt.
Frans and Ami Hillege came to the Otways via a life in the corporate world five years ago. They built a lifestyle where they are more self sufficient and live as sustainably as possible. Growing and sourcing organic produce is important to us. Frans and Ami follow organic food growing practises on their farm and do not use any chemicals on produce. Their chooks are free range and enjoy the run of their farmyard.
