Doodles Creek Indian Wedding Chutney was inspired by a trip to India to attend a wedding. The producers enjoyed four days of feasting and celebration with vast arrays of delicious curries and chutneys, the standout being the Indian Wedding Chutney. It is carrot based with dried apricots, dates and sultanas and mixed with a delicious Garam Masala spice mix and a hint of chilli. Doodles Creek recommend pairing it with a strong cheddar, leg ham and bbq meats, or it is fabulous with your favourite curry.
This family food business started from a farmyard kitchen in 2002. Having relocated Sydney for a rural lifestyle the Doodles Creek family decided to start a food business.
The name Doodles Creek, was inspired by the permanent pristine spring-fed creek that ran through the family farm in Kangaloon in the Southern Highlands south of Sydney.
